The nurse practitioner has a horrible bedside manner and was rude to me when I asked for a little more information on my diagnoses. She was rude, rolled her eyes a lot and didn't make me feel confident in her diagnoses. When I asked to speak to the actual doctor she said he wasn't available and only then offered to examine my extremely swollen knee that was one of my chief complaints. I won't be going back. If it wasn't for my sweet nurse Kelsey I would have given it one star.
My mother's been treated with, lit'rally, the best hospital care I've ever seen. Before she even got up to her room, herself, a nurse asked me if I needed any food or drink while I waited on her, post-surgery. All her post-op and PT people are accommodating and patient and I gotta say, they blow other hospital care out of the water. Kudos.
