The surgery Department has the worst communications i have ever experienced in regards to communication to patient and the patients family. The patient came out of surgery and went into Rocovery at 950AM. Doctor informed me that patient would be in recovery for 1.5 to 2 hours. I sat in the waiting room for the next three hours and could get no information from the staff as to the patients wellbeing.
