Tom has been excellent with his appraisals. We used him multiple times.
Tom was wonderful to work with. He is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely wants to help people. From coming out to the house to getting the appraisal back to us, everything was handled quickly, professionally, and thoroughly. We had a somewhat unique situation, and he took the time to answer questions, explain things clearly, and provide really helpful information throughout the process. He made us feel confident and well taken care of from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing an appraisal!!
