I was very pleased with the appraisal provided by Tom Horn. I am considering a reverse mortgage but decided I needed to get our house appraised before determining whether to move forward or not. I contacted Tom Horn based on reviews of his work. I knew the number I needed but did not provide it to him because I wanted an unbiased appraisal. His appraisal was very detail, and he compared it to recently sold five houses in proximity to ours. I definitely recommend Tom Horn for anyone needing a fair home appraisal.
