The AC at the house we are renting was barely working and Tom had someone out to look at it in under 12hrs. Really appreciated his responsiveness
We recently purchased a home from Tom just as the major changes to the industry were being implemented. We met Tom when he was the selling agent for what I considered our dream home, but was out of our price range. Tom's a rockstar realtor. As a loan officer, I interact with numerous real estate agents. During the home buying process I get to see the dynamic between realtors and buyers, and Tom really does go above and beyond for his clients. He doesn't push them into higher priced homes than they are comfortable with and he works to get them all they deserve from the purchase transaction, once in escrow. Best of all, he's communicative, but not pushy.
