So-so, leaning towards terrible. I walked in asking a question about a type of graduation lei. She looked at me like I was from a different planet and was quite rude. Told me I must be from somewhere else and they 'dont do those here'. No curiosity, no help - just a big 'no'. I had hoped she'd have some alternative suggestions, *something* to offer. I’ve got flowers twice from here and they were both beautiful. Even my girlfriend’s mom said that they’re the flowers she’s ever seen. Definitely the best flowers in Vancouver, go buy summmm.
I agree—something just isn’t right about this flower shop anymore. People used to drive an hour and a half just to get their flowers made here. But under the new management, the quality and style just aren’t the same. Thomas Hobbs was once a high-end floral shop in a posh neighborhood, known for its care and respect for customers.

I have never seen such a beautiful flower shop in Vancouver—it's truly one of a kind. The shop is so unique, and the little gift items I discovered were absolutely lovely. I ordered a bouquet at the very last minute, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me.
