Dr. Hirai's front desk staff is uncaring, unprofessional, rude, and possibly even shady. They won't bother to return your call or pickup the phone when they see your caller id and they don't like your insurance provider even though Dr Hirai is listed as "in-network". What is up with that? Talked to some lady once, give her my insurance info, she said she would call me back, but I never heard from her again and even after I called them back multiple times and left voice messages.
