Dr Hirai and his staff were great! The Dr is very pleasant and gave helpful explanations of what was to be done. Has a great bedside manner. His staff is also great. Tonya answered questions quickly, followed up when needed, and even gave out a cell phone number where they could be reached for answers. We highly recommend Dr Hirai and his staff.
