This man came in my house stoned out of his mind and charged us for things we did not need! When approached about smelling like marijuana he simply stated I must have ran over a skunk! Had another company come over just to tell us all he had to do was flip a breaker
When we first started using Thomas he was spot on the best there was.Then he installed a new heat pump system in our house and The AC kept pumping water out the top of the drain tube all over the floor.He made two attempts to come and fix it and wasn’t able to.Then he scheduled to come out four more times and never called,texted or showed up.Finally I had to get someone else to come fix it,which they did.So much for his 10 year full parts and labor warranty!!!! Just be careful.
Super fast service! They came within a Couple hours of me making the call. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable! They did clean work which is so important and they came out in the snow and ice when no one else would without charging extra! I will be a loyal customer from here on out!
They charged my husband and I $75 dollars just to come to the house, then another $130 just to turn on our heat. I didn't have the $75, so I just had to give them $100, so we paid $230 just for them to turn the heat on. This was also in the middle of a bad winter when heat is desperately needed. They were quick the first time they came out, about 20 to 30 minutes, but then were 2 hours late, and came out at 8 o'clock at night. Which yes, I am happy the showed up at all, but still. We probably won't be going back to them.
Thomas and his wife came out today to service our HVAC unit. They are wonderful people, were honest and fair, and Thomas did great work. Give him a call for any of your heating and cooling needs, you won't be sorry!
