I would give zero stars if that were an option. After being Dr. Hart’s patient for nine years with no issues other than disliking how he rants & raves about politics and fellow colleagues , which, by the way, he was reprimanded but continued to do anyway, I have chosen to leave his practice. Was referred to this guy to do a RFA. Radio frequency ablation. 1. His receptionist was very rude and would not listen. She needs a NEW job. After the RFA, I'm hurting worse than before. So I callled his office again Monday to see if anything could be done. They said it'll heal in 6 to 8 weeks 25 I told the nurse it was instant at Uams. And she said well not the way it works here?!? Dr. Hart was very nice. He listened to what I had to say and took note of my concerns. Don't know if I will feel the same after my next visit. Lol... Update... I absolutely love Dr. Hart. After two injections in my neck, I don't hurt anymore. I highly recommend him and his team.
