Adding on to this review. TH issued a credit to my credit card. I assume this is a response to my original post. I appreciate the "make good" and have changed my rating to 4 stars. Original post: Don't stop here if in a hurry! Food service is often very slow. After extended wait this morning I had to leave after paying for food I never received because after 10 minutes, I couldn't wait longer. No one offered adjustment, apology, or explanation. Food, coffee is petty good but I won't stop here again if time is critical

TH has the best coffee in the whole area, by far. And this location is definitely my favorite. The staff are so lovely and sweet. They clearly recognize people who come here often, and when they have new customers they are so kind and welcoming. The location is always clean and pleasant, with good music that isn't overbearing and such a bright and happy atmosphere.
