Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Did this provider exaggerate his/her or abilities? No, they went above and beyond what they told me they could do Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Has this chiropractor ever misdiagnosed you? No, they are always spot-on Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment? Yes, they updated me about what stage I was at in my recovery

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. Tom Kerr is a truly gifted chiropractor. If you want someone that can actually fix problems then Tom is it. His knowledge is incredible. I highly recommend seeing Tom on a regular basis. Your health will improve.
