Called them after I recently bought a house with a septic tank not knowing anything about them. They were super helpful and got me scheduled earlier than expected! The tech that came out answered any of my questions and gave me some great info on the septic tanks we had! Highly recommend!
I have used erb & sons for the last 13 years....septic issues are very stressful and Lynn was so sweet keeping me calm..Joel and Kevin are amazing skilled workers..they are always upbeat and friendly and helpful...they fixed my alarm box and troubleshot my worn out pump. I needed a new one and they replaced it the same day. No down time without water!..they responded immediately and got the job done!..hopefully I don't have any issues for a while but if I do..I'm calling Erb & Sons Thanks guys...you're the best
