Thomas Clark messed up the eye exam; glasses prescription was far off. After a month I was able to get my money-- minus copay-- returned for the glasses. Thomas Clark would not refund or reinstate the insurance paid money paid to him for the exam. I am now in an another 30 day process of requesting another provider and faulty service claim with my insurance provider. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. Good luck.

This is a terrible practice. They are over priced. I was misdiagnosed twice. The glasses order were the wrong size and I could not return, exchange, or receive any type of credit. I only used them due to the constraints of my insurance. Would never recommend to anyone and I will pay out of pocket before using again.
On vacation I broke my glasses I went here and I highly recommend you give it a try that is if your into good stuff at low prices.
