I tried to email this business about one of their cases and had a terrible time dealing with the staff. They kept telling me that my gmail account email wasn't going through. Apparently, they got some of my one-sentence follow-up emails, but never received the substantive emails. It was infuriating. I have never had issues with anybody receiving my emails.
