We are in the middle of a multi-year re-roofing plan for our HOA community with Mr. Garbati and his company. Not only has this project gone seamlessly with excellent results Mr. Garbati, his son and crew are timely, respectful and do excellent work for a fair price. They all always exceed expectations. What an absolutely unprofessional, inefficient, apparently arrogant owner that lacks business professionalism and etiquette! When a customer contacts you and requests a phone call back, courtesy and business professionalism require that you return a phone call. It's been greater than 72 hours. I recently had the pleasure of working with Thomas Garbati for a roofing project, and I couldn't be happier with the results! They expertly replaced our asphalt shingle roof and EPDM roof over the garage, and the whole experience was top-notch. From start to finish Professional Job. I can't say enough. They did a great job on replacing my roof and gutters. Roofers and dumpster arrived on Thurs. Gutters were done on Friday and dumpster was picked up right after gutters were completed. My property was left clean. I am very impressed by this company and the crew they employ.
