My little sister Sarah Tucker was taken from us so unexpectedly. We were having to make arrangements with heavy hearts and not really knowing the details of what that looked like. We are grateful to Emily & Anita for their sympathy & professionalism in organizing our memorial service. They were patient and did everything they could to be sure we were all taken care of. Oscar & his wife were very friendly plus attentive. Anytime my family had any questions or concerns they answered in a timely fashion. Unfortunately my mom passed on a Friday & we had her memorial that following Monday, wasn't sure we'll retrieve her ashes (due to the rush of her memorial) but Oscar went over & beyond to make this happen. It made my family more at ease during this difficult time.
