Having been raised in Charlotte, knowing so many, this funeral home is one of the most caring, attentive and accommodating. They become like family serving every need at such a delicate time. Recently they performed the services for my mother Shirley Taccone, as they had my father Ralph Taccone and so many friends and family. My family has used the services at Thomas Funeral Chapels for generations. They are wonderful at listening to your personal requests while at the same time providing their professional expertise. My mom, Shirley M. Taccone, passed away this past December. Lana, Greg and the entire staff offered that same trademark service that we have come to know. Any requests were promptly responded to and taken care of. Would highly recommend them to everyone!
