MS. Francis is completely undependable never answers her phone blows people off, lies in court on false documents an claims false allegations. Her ethics are extremely questionable. The only thing she cares about is money she disregards the law she supposedly "upholds" I've told my granddaughter to report her to the bar many times. She tortures families and tears them apart and says she is fighting for children...please give me a break I had her as a lawyer an I would never recommend this woman....BEWARE
