We have seen this office go through many changes over the past 4 years. Each transition has been weirder and shadier than the previous. As of the past 6 months we can't get our calls returned, have shown up for appointments and office is closed, and now the office has been closed without notice and we cannot get a hold of anyone to find out what's going on. They have been paid in full for all procedures, have taken our money and run.

Dr. Tilson and his staff are AWESOME! My family moved here from another state and transfering my daughter's records and insurance proved to be a nightmare, but the ladies at the front desk took care of it and kept me informed with updates. Dr. Tilson was so gracious and kind to us. My daughter has been happy and well cared for! I cant say enough good things about this office!
Dr Tilson is a suburb orthodontist. Very caring and gentle. He did a great job with my sons braces. Highly recommend him. We also think Melissa is the best.
