I wish I could give a review but unfortunately I never got to see the doctor. After waiting 2 mos for my appointment, spending $40 on a Lyft to get there, and waiting 1.25 hrs in a room with no communication about what was happening, I was told by the front office that they didn't even know if he was in the building. I said well, I guess I will leave then. Absolutely distraught and bewildered, I called my friend to come get me.
I have been a patient with Dr. Schrattenholzer at Legacy for over a year. I have a debilitating neuropathic condition which makes walking an everyday struggle, medications are the only thing that seem to work for the time being. Appointments have been easy to schedule, wait times have never been more than 10-15 minutes and assistants have been helpful with changes and authorizations to insurance and pharmacies.
