Dr Schratenholzer is for me one of the best doctors at Legacy Pain Management. Actually one of the few left out there. He is very professional yet compassionate and kind. I never feel rush when talking to him during my appointments and what is best he knows how to help you. He is just a great doctor all around. I also love the staff in that office, Heidi is super helpful will go the extra mile to meet your needs. The whole staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help.

I had heard good things about this practice, so I was looking forward to my appointment. That's when my daughter (who went to the visit with me) and I met Thomas F Schrattenholzer, MD at Legacy Pain Management Center. This doctor did not look at my knee (CRPS) or my back (spinal stenosis, etc.). He did not do any type of exam. Usually, you are asked to walk, bend, flex, etc. This physician did nothing. I wish I could give a review but unfortunately I never got to see the doctor. After waiting 2 mos for my appointment, spending $40 on a Lyft to get there, and waiting 1.25 hrs in a room with no communication about what was happening, I was told by the front office that they didn't even know if he was in the building. I said well, I guess I will leave then. Absolutely distraught and bewildered, I called my friend to come get me.
