My husband Michael R. Broughton had him as a public defender in Wayne municipal court. This lawyer kept saying all he could get the prosecutor to offer him was 90 days in jail and that the prosecutor or store wouldn’t budge on this. My husband then later hired his own private attorney, and he got no jail time with a fine on her first court appearance with my husband.he wasn’t helpful at all.
