I have severe dental anxiety and autism. This place only made the anxiety worse. The staff are very sweet but Dr. Laneve is not. My first appointment he yelled at the technician. I explain my anxieties and my priorities to deal with my TMJ and misalignment. It goes ignored. All he wants to do is replace my existing fillings and charge me thousands for it. At one point he replaced a large filling and stated to the technician in front of me “This is probably going to fail.” At that point I did not come back.
I am so happy with the doctor’s and staffs’ work! After a few sessions of dental work; including a deep cleaning, filings, and some crowns, feel like my teeth were transformed.
Everyone is in this office is amazing! They have taken care of me since I started as a patient and when I had pain they got me in immediately. They're all so nice and professional!
Word of advice— DON’T. First of all— the office isn’t the cleanest. Everything feels dingy and outdated. I went for a cleaning and several fillings. I’ve never had any issues after receiving a filling until visiting Dr. Laneve. I couldn’t chew on either side of my mouth and had several teeth left in pain for months after my fillings. I visited a new dentist who took x-rays. They, of course, couldn’t say for sure what was done by Laneve, but based of my x-rays, they said they would have done things differently. The exam room was dirty, the utensils he used was what I considered was taken out of a dirty tray. I was overcharged for things I didn't receive. I contacted my insurance company and they got it right, and I didn't see that receptionist anymore. Dr. Laneve took my brace off which had my saliva in it and didn't wash it off before putting it back in my mouth. The gloves he used to saw down my brace to fit, he didn't change and tried to put the brace back in my mouth with saw dust still on the gloves. When I mentioned it to him... read more
