Word of advice— DON’T. First of all— the office isn’t the cleanest. Everything feels dingy and outdated. I went for a cleaning and several fillings. I’ve never had any issues after receiving a filling until visiting Dr. Laneve. I couldn’t chew on either side of my mouth and had several teeth left in pain for months after my fillings. I visited a new dentist who took x-rays. They, of course, couldn’t say for sure what was done by Laneve, but based of my x-rays, they said they would have done things differently. Nice people but scammed me out of thousands of dollars for teeth cleaning, etc. They dropped my insurance half way through the year (July), didn’t say anything, and continued telling me they were submitting all claims to my insurance, all while knowing they had stopped accepting it months prior. Also started me on a long, complicated, EXPENSIVE treatment plan for TMJ during all of this. They did previously disclose that most insurances don’t cover the TMJ devices; I did not mind paying out of pocket for this as I thought it ... read more
The exam room was dirty, the utensils he used was what I considered was taken out of a dirty tray. I was overcharged for things I didn't receive. I contacted my insurance company and they got it right, and I didn't see that receptionist anymore. Dr. Laneve took my brace off which had my saliva in it and didn't wash it off before putting it back in my mouth. The gloves he used to saw down my brace to fit, he didn't change and tried to put the brace back in my mouth with saw dust still on the gloves. When I mentioned it to him... read more
My fav ppl there , and they have been patient with me thru billing and always treat me and family like there own... 💯 recommend this dentist..... helped me get my teeth healthy and even went out there way to get my retainer fixed after i chipped it.... Kudo to this place.. forever greatful ! Thank you guys
