I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jackson and his staff. They were so nice, accommodating, knowledgeable, supportive snd professional. They made me feel at ease and welcomed. Dr Jackson came up with an amazing plan to correct what another place did incorrectly.
I was referred to Dr. Jackson because I needed a front tooth implant which also had gum line issues to consider. Dr. Jackson was very patient with me, giving me options and explaining step by step the work involved in detail. I never felt rushed in making a decision. My front teeth and gum line look better now that they have in years. I am so happy with this work and give him high praise. His staff Brittany and Stacey were very nice and good to me. I've been going to CCCID since moving to this area about 13 years ago and would not consider going anywhere else. Dr. Jackson and his team are the best dental team I have ever worked with, very thorough and professional. Dr. Jackson even found a problem from a botched root canal years ago that at one point had put me in the hospital with some infection that no other doctor or dentist was able to find. World class team!!!
