Terrible bedside manner. Started freezing a mole in my neck without any warning. When I jumped a little from the unexpected pain he yelled at me to don’t be a baby and hold still. I have a reasonably high pain threshold, but he didn’t tell me he was about to freeze it. He seems pissed off at life. Never had a worse doctor. The visits are enjoyable , no long waiting, Doctor will actually take the time to listen to concerns without the feeling of being rushed.
Great doctor,found my mole cancer,melanoma, Now he retired..Not at h Ford anymore.
Dr Downham is clearly mentally unfit to be practicing. He couldn't remember if he handed me his business car 6 times during our 8 minute interaction. I told him my symptoms and related info several times and never once did anything register with him. This info would make it very clear that his diagnosis was very very wrong if he had comprehended any of it. Following the appointment he prescribed me a medication that I told him I already tired, which did nothing, and a medication that has been discontinued for over a decade. ... read more
