We remodeled our bathroom in Ludington last summer(new shower, new free standing tub, new tile, etc) but we didn’t get around to replacing the 20+ year old glass block window that was next to the tub. Tom gave us a quote to replace the old glass block window with a new fixed pane window. His crew showed up when we had it scheduled, completed the job in one day including window installation, trim, paint, etc. Highly recommend Tom and his team for any renovation work that you have planned.
On the last heavy rainfall one of our skylights started to leak. We've only been in our house 15 months so we were concerned. We called Thomas and he came out the day after I called. So we were really happy about that because we were worried about the next rainfall. He went up on the roof and thought he discovered what the problem was. He put sealer on both windows, we have two skylights. Thom couldn't have been better to deal with. We have other projects coming up, like a bathroom remodel, we'll definitely be calling him.
Thomas F. Construction replaced the wood boards on our deck with a new resin deck material, keeping the existing supporting structure. Tom provided a clear written proposal, including progress payments that were fair. The work was completed quickly, with only minor additions to the supports as needed. I appreciated that everything went per plan, even using the original supports. The finished deck looks great!
Thomas F Construction recently remodeled our kitchen and living room, everything turned out just how we hoped it would. We definitely would use this company again in the future! His crew of workers were respectful and all worked really well together! Tom is a great general contractor, he responds to calls/ texts in a timely manner, he’s down to earth and truly cares about his customers! Thank you Thomas F Construction, you guys made our outdated home functional and beautiful again! We love it 🩵
Greatly impressed with repair on a roof leak and helpfulness in follow up. The team also did a great job with a neighbor's project. Highly recommend!
