I had a 9:45 AM appointment, and it’s now 11:45 AM. I still have not seen the ophthalmologist. The medical assistant completed my eye testing and dilated my eyes over an hour ago, yet I’ve continued to sit in the waiting room with no meaningful update or explanation. Keeping patients waiting this long after dilation is both frustrating and disrespectful of their time. I am an adult with a strabismus problem. Dr Berland was highly recommended. He has a great reputation among his colleagues. My strabismus surgery did not go well. He performed the surgery on the wrong eye. Yes. You heard that right. The surgery was performed on my left instead of my right eye. It has now been 18 months since the botched surgery and I am still trying to get an offer from this group to compensate me for damages.

Had my eyelid procedure done here at this location, not happy with the results. Would recommend shopping around before settling.

I went here as things were getting a little Fuzzy from far away. The building is pretty big- ample parking. As a first timer I sat in wrong waiting room so make sure you are clear where your doctors waiting room is. Service and care was great. Luckily my vision wasn’t as bad as I thought- just need glasses for driving. I will go back to this location for my annual vision appt going forward.

Nice, Clean facility. However, be prepared to wait up to 3 hrs to complete appointment. Dr Sackel and the team provide great service. Perfect place for Cataract treatments.
