Everyone was very professional and nice. I needed to get new glasses due to a change in my prescription . I found a pair I loved ,witch were $300 for frames with just a few upgrades and my insurance the final cost was going to be "$1000th" my mouth dropped to the floor! needless to say I did not purchase from them. I went to Costco with all the upgrades, and with everything ended up costing me under $400.

Visiting from out of town and developed issue with my left eye . The Thomas Group got me into to see Dr. O’Clair and she did a FANTASTIC job diagnosing and fixing my issue. Plus all the supporting staff were most friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!!

The customer service has been nothing less than outstanding. I walked in one morning to schedule an appointment and the staff was very friendly, professional and accomodating. I returned today for my exam and again, the service was nothing less than excellent. Crystal was very professional and explained everything that she was doing. I had a wonderful experience at Thomas Eye Group. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly from the moment I walked in. The technician and doctor were both extremely patient and helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. I truly appreciated their professionalism and care—highly recommend!
