Great staff, awesome doctors, very clean office. The doctors actually take time to listen to your concern.
Went in for appointment today. No one was even at the front desk for 10 minutes. Finally someone else shows up and gives me a form I had already filled out the night prior. Fill that out, wait another 20 min to be called back. Nothing is clean. The examiner had me put my face on a clearly unclean surface with not even a tissue to cover it. They take my glasses and send me back to the waiting room for another 10 minutes. At this point, I was skeptical but still giving benefit of the doubt. We absolutely love this office. We drive an hour to get here. Everyone is so polite and helpful. My son has been seeing Dr. Phoenix for 10 years now. He is non verbal and has Autism and she is amazing with him. It is so hard to find a good doctor and staff that will take their time with him and this place does it EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! I was able to get in the same day for an emergency appointment. I had scratched my cornea. Nothing major, but I was relieved to get it checked out. Dr. Duncan took a look and prescribed antibiotic drops. Thank you!
