The eye examination went well however, my experience went downhill when it came to choosing a pair of glasses. My daughter and I chose a pair then asked the manager how much it would be with my insurance and he answered accordingly. When checking out, we were told that the glass’ tag was manipulated and the price was incorrect. I asked if I could be compensated for since the manager himself didn’t realize that the price was tampered with. This was my first visit to Thomas Eye Group in Lilburn as a new patient. I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment. After I said, "Good morning," to the person sitting at the front desk, she just simply pointed me toward the self-service check-in counter. The automated check-in process was easy enough, but the system informed me that I was too early for my appointment. I ended up waiting about 45 minutes before being called back by Nikki.
