Heather is person who helps with lenses and Glasses. She is the rudest and most arrogant when answering questions. I would not recommend this to anyone. Doctors and Frontdesk folks are super friendly and nice. It unbelievable how 1 person can setup so many others for failure. I'm not coming back to this place.

Exceptionally great customer service experience. Heather the optician is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and fun. Dr. Brunner was outstanding and went above and beyond. Sam was outstanding also. Will definitely be back.
