Everyone was very nice. I have some hearing loss and everyone was very patient.
"You need to make an appointment" show up and there are 15 people in the waiting room. "It will be one or two hours" Nobody should be made to sit and wait for 2 hours, after making an appointment. This place is a filthy joke.
Dr Kaufman is the best ophthalmologist I know. My dad came from Nigeria for treatment. Dr Kaufman and his staff are kind, considerate and excellent! Thank you!
Strike One: Marginal reviews at insurance company web site but figured they were around the corner, convenient and I'll give them a try. We like supporting local groups. Strike Two: 4 minutes to answer the phone. Not impressive but it's end of year and the season is busy. I'll give them a chance. Strike Three: Thomas Eye Group will only take two people from a family on any single day???
