I have medicaid / Peachstate and i been coming here for last two or three years, They wanted $99 for eye exam, i was surprised. Suddenly they have stopped taking my insurance. The guy at the front desk refused to recognize that i am an existing patient. They have a new system with no access to old system or records. Very poor customer service. They did not care that i walked out upset.
Today I needed to switch lenses into a different pair of glasses (actually have been trying for months) every time I called they made me leave a message or have no idea what I’m talking about I finally went in today and optician Michael Giessner was able to fix them better than I though or even asked!. He noticed the small things- he could read on my face I liked my old glasses better and he went out of his way to help fix those glasses all for free and because he really knows what he’s doing.
