Worse place to live. The apartments was thrown up quick to so they can recoup their money because they used cheap material. If you wipe the walls the paint will come off. The drywall is pathetic. They went through 4 property managers in 19 months and this piglet they have now Sherri is the worst. They start off with a year lease of rent and suppose to not go up, they wait and never offer another lease but increase it $50.00 and make you go month to month. I don’t live at this one I live at woodland heights the other community owned by them love it there
My grandmother lives in this community and i am filing charges against the apartment complex on Monday.They take your money and people can live there and disturb others,my grandmother is 82 yrs.old and a tenat above her has been in the apartment 2 months and her son runs through the apartment day and night making noise.Please do not rent from them because it's a joke and you will not be comfortable or at peace.
Customer service is amazing. Process went super smooth. Apartments are super nice and lots of space. Wouldn’t pick any other place to make my home.
