Response from Christie at the office, and Michael here at home where I needed the work done was absolutely perfect. Honest and professional at a fair market price! No scare tactics or games, just honest people serving with their expertise. This is an excellent company to use and is going on my "go to" list!
I bought a 1976-built home that needed some electrical work, starting with the inspector noting a number of open splices/taps in the attic, to outlets that were waist high on the walls. I also needed additional things done so I created a plan and submitted a line-item bid request to 6 different electrical contractors, and Thomas' was the lowest of the 5 that responded. Their electrician, Mike, has performed work at our house on numerous occasions and is always polite, professional and customer focused. Even their office manager is exceptional. Strongly recommend them for electrical work as they go the extra mile.
