Where to begin, failure to order the correct ESA inspection, provide me adequate advice, and communicate in a professional manner. I would not recommend this contractor. They cost me 100's of dollars and were difficult to work with. But the worst part was they failed to order an ESA inspection after I had sent the documentation from the fire inspector.
