As other have stated their billing department has a total disdain for potential customers. They are attempting to charge me for a missed appointment that I was never aware of! 150.00 !!!! 50 for appointment, 100 for late. They claim to have sent a package with appoint date and that they called me (not showing up on phone records), I have never spoke with anyone. tried to speak with Debra Jones and work through this, she firmly declares this is my fault and will hear nothing.
