Our technician was Collin A. He was professional and took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done. They also provided us 3 solutions to the problems.
Hector M arrived on time February 14 to install outdoor light. He was very respectful and thorough. He did an assessment and clearly explained the options available to me including what would be most appropriate for my situation. After he did the repair he had me check it and described what he did and eased my fears like not going through drywall to install outdoor light fixture. He cleaned up after himself and made sure I was happy and had no other questions. 5 stars for Hector M. I would recommend him and Thomas Edison.
