Jim was great at explaining everything he had to do and offered to replace old outdated smoke alarms in addition to my other work. Was very personable and knowledgeable.
The last 48 hours were very stressful with two smoke alarms that kept going off for no reason. I called Thomas Edison Electric and they immediately sent out Edward to resolve the issue. He did an excellent job and solved the problem with courtesy and professionalism.
Tyler and Clay were prompt,efficient and a real pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend going forward and will contact on my next need.
