So first of all very nice technician. Kept their appointment when other electricians kept rescheduling. Had to repair two outlets in my kitchen. Cost me almost $400 And when we began asking about other work. Just for them to do an inspection they wanted almost $2,000. When the average home price is $600 to $800. And my wife and I very much felt that it was a ploy to obtain more money. And as a warning, the loan company that Thomas Edison Electric uses is in legal difficulty in multiple jurisdictions for predatory practices. ... read more

We just engaged Thomas Edison for the first time for a few upgrades. Todd was a great technician. On time, very pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable. He gave use options and recommendations, and was honest in what he thought was most reasonable for our needs. We’d definitely call them again for future electrical work - and hopefully Todd would come back. 🙂 Strongly recommend!

We have used Thomas Edison on multiple issues throughout the years and they are always so knowledgeable and professional. Great customer service from setting up the appt until the work is complete. Our technician, Todd was very knowledgeable and gave us several alternatives to help us accomplish. What needed to get done in the house. He was also very focused on providing the best price and the best outcome. OK, so now I’m done
