This company charged me $49.00 for a service call to come out and see what the problem was. I was told the fee is waved and applied toward the balance to they fix the problem. Once on site they told me it would be another $375.00 to diagnose the problem. He said the charge of $49 is just to show up. A total rip-off and horrible business. I asked all the questions up front and they were dishonest. DO NOT USE
