Horrible! I was a loyal customer for 18 years and recently had to cancel my car insurance because kept upping my rate. I have a pristine driving record, and have made no claims in the past 4 years and they continue to charge me more and more. Last month my bill was $202 and this month they charged me $235. For what? So I called and cancelled my policy on June 18th. I was assured that when they submitted the cancellation information that I would receive a full refund for the month within a few days.
