We love this office! Dr. Moore and his staff are very friendly and truly care about their patients. My daughter looks forward to going and participating in their rewards program. The office is clean, well organized, and they work to make it affordable. I would recommend them to everyone.
Dr Moore and his staff are all amazing! I've never had issues getting in for appointments as they have FIVE locations! The office manager is super friendly, as are the treatment coordinators. The appointment coordination is friendly and the chair side assistants are the best!! Any time I have questions, Dr Moore or one of his staff take the time to really explain stuff to me. They are honest and hardworking. I frequently recommend them!
Dr. Moore and his staff are pleasant, but their communication, planning and scheduling have been AWFUL. When our kids have had a problem like a bracket that's fallen off, it takes weeks to get an appointment, even when it's causing pain and bleeding. Worse, we learned that that they had not and did not plan to solve the problem for which we sought treatment for our son until his office manager announced they would remove his braces on the following visit. We never saw or heard from Dr. Moore.
We had 2 children start and complete orthodontic care with Dr. Moore and his staff. The results were super. He and his staff were always friendly, cheerful and helpful. With 4 locations, it was convenient. We went several years to the Butler office and the remainder to Lees Summit. The few times we needed to change an appointment or get in for a stray wire, we were able to get right in. We also appreciated that they were consistently "on time" seeing us.
