I have been wearing glasses for about 60 years, but the service I received from David, the store manager, was unparalleled. He went over and above to have my glasses ready before my trip. And they were perfect!
Scheduled an appointment for 4:15pm. Didn’t see a doc until 5:30pm. Tough break for a first visit.
Went to Vision First to get work safety glasses. The overall experience was okay, and most of the staff were nice and helpful. However, I had an issue with my eye insurance, and while I was trying to figure it out, one of the front desk staff seemed visibly irritated—even though no one was behind me in line. It wasn’t like I was holding anyone up. A little patience and courtesy would’ve made a big difference. Aside from that, the rest of the team was professional and friendly.
