Scheduled an appointment for 4:15pm. Didn’t see a doc until 5:30pm. Tough break for a first visit.
Went to Vision First to get work safety glasses. The overall experience was okay, and most of the staff were nice and helpful. However, I had an issue with my eye insurance, and while I was trying to figure it out, one of the front desk staff seemed visibly irritated—even though no one was behind me in line. It wasn’t like I was holding anyone up. A little patience and courtesy would’ve made a big difference. Aside from that, the rest of the team was professional and friendly.
Customer service is great! Selection can be a little better when choosing the right fit for your face. Everything is perfect with my new progressives, its just that I'm picky & critical of my appearance. Once I get the glasses with the prescription on my face, frame is always a little bigger or darker than I anticipated. It's hard to pick out frames when you cant see! Even though the tech took pictures. I hope my Insurance allows for a re-do 🤞
The doctor we saw was amazing. Dr. Adams was great and listened to my concerns. The lady who did our adjustments was also really great and nice. Will come again.
Amanda was so friendly and kind. She fixed my current pair of glasses and explained how reasonable their pricing is compared to competitors. Office is in a convenient location, exceptionally clean and very well laid out.
