Dr. Fullerton did an excellent job of explaining the surgical process. He was very caring and conscientious of how I was doing during the procedure. He communicated with his nurse in advance of the next steps. The entire staff worked well together.
He has the best bedside manner!
Knows his stuff (obviously). Willing to get back to you with answers to your questions. Nurse can be somewhat short with you as the gatekeeper and is easily irritated with questions. Dr. Fullerton himself is a great doctor and does not speak over you and puts you at ease.
Dr Fullerton and staff were wonderful. His nurse was great, (bad at names, I'm sorry) she offered good advice, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Even made me giggle a few times. Dr Fullerton came in, sat down as if he was in my living room for a visit. He asked and answered questions. Stayed as long as we needed. Post op, he was the same. He even took the time to show me pics of my surgery (my request) and explained everything clearly and in good humor. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!
