I must say that I have had a good experience this far after returning to Statefarm. I had left my previous agent because of poor treatment during a past accident. Thomas Dudek is making me trust Statefarm again. So far, so good.
I've been with State Farm for almost a year and they have been nothing but helpful. Great customer service. I've had some bad experiences in the past with other companies but State Farm is great. I was unable to meet with my agent because of my busy work schedule, he went out of his way and came to my job to answer my all of my questions and concerns. Thanks, Sam
I have been with this office since the beginning of the year. I have been extremely impressed with State Farm as a company, but mostly with Thomas Dudek's office. The staff is knowledgable, and always take the time to explain things to me. They are always kind and cheerful, and after two accidents with two tickets each have still somehow kept my rate very low! Could not be happier, and will not ever go to another auto insurance office.
