I have never been so insulted by a receptionist before. I inquired about the charge and was basically told I was an uneducated client. Dr Varin is a great dentist but lost me as a client due to his rude receptionist. If you want to be insulted go see them.
Dr. Thomas Varin took over the office of Dr. John Kirby who I had been a patient with for many years. I was nervous about trying a new dentist especially since Covid began. I was welcomed with warmth, compassion, and an overall feeling of caring from Dr. Varin, and his staff. Dr. Varin explained to me he likes to help patients keep what they have.
