I used Thomas Custom Builders to construct a studio addition over my garage in 2017. That experience was so positive that I used them again for a complete kitchen remodel in 2021, as well as repairing some fire damage in 2022. In all cases, they built exactly what I was looking for, and I am very happy with the results. I'll definitely use them again.
We're in process of getting bids on a deck/exterior office space remodel. They were very responsive to our initial request, and we talked to one of the owners of the company via phone and in person within 7 days of our outreach. The project is probably too small for their level of services, but we will definitely consider using them for a future, more complex interior home renovation.
