We had a plumbing issue and John and his staff went out of their way to make sure our problem was resolved.
Fabulous service and expertise!
Had a little work needed at move in, and a bigger pipe leak in basement occured during move in. Connie helped schedule me in and was great. Ryan showed up on time and found the problem. While waiting to see if the fix worked and was solid, he fixed the other smaller plumbing issues and helped diagnose another. So grateful! Highly recommend their great services.
Needed the expansion tank on my hot water heater replaced on Christmas Eve. Ryan from Thomas Curley showed up even earlier than expected. He quickly and efficiently replaced the tank. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and neat. Very satisfied with the service received.
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. We used Thomas Curley to fix a leak in our radiator. The technicaian fixed the leak and never stayed long enough to see if there would be any reprocussions. The fix they put in lead to another leak they came back and fixed that leak. We were told it was fixed, again so rushed to get to the next job left without ceritfying it was fixed. Guess what that leak started another leak.
