These people market themselves as a high quality food service. This is not the case at all, the food quality in the past 6 months has gone downhill. The food they prepare is very very inconsistent one day it will taste decent the next day your getting food poisoning. Nothing is ever cooked correctly staffing is always limited and the service is awful. If leadership didnt like you they would imtemdiate you to get you to quit. They dont train you right expect too much from you. Even had one manager with long fake nails, hair down and animal fur all over her clothes and she was running a cafe inside of a doctor's clinic.
Thomas Cuisine Unit Host is bad for patients. Less than a quarter of our meals at Logan Health were correct. Most meals miss items and patients miss out on vital nutrients. The menu is riddled with errors. Our nurse could not communicate with the kitchen for dietary allergies because all you can do is leave a message. There is no accountability for when erros are made. I am angry and hungry when I should be resting.
Thomas Cuisine (TC) markets themselves as offering superior food services and management. However, the actual facts don't live up to their claims. The first and foremost fact is that they are a FOR-PROFIT business. They claim they will provide superior quality meals and reduce costs. Our experience at our facility is just the opposite. When I worked at bio fire -biomeriuex management managed to manage nothing. Got the James Beard award and it went downhill from there. Tim sucks. Tonya sucks. Great intentions on paper but they really leave you hanging. I was the swing shift. You know who I am. Thanks for letting me get out of there.
