Typical southern Maine medical M.O. great nursing staff but lackluster doctor. After the Dr is now 46 minutes late I finally say something, he comes in after another 10 minutes with clear attitude. If I had benn 45 minutes late I would be refused services.
One of the best and most caring doctor I've ever had the pleasure to meet.
At some point during every appointment, Dr. Courtney sits down and asks about my life. Like, really asks. I have always found him and his staff to be very knowledgeable, highly competent and very patient. They always take the time to answer any question I may have. I feel very fortunate to be in such good hands. I recommend them highly.
I am very leery of someone who would say "I can tell from here you don't have Lyme". As they sit at the desk and I enter/meet for first time/haven't provided medical records or history yet. Yes, it was several years ago BUT I also fear not much has changed.
My experience with both Dr. Courtney and his staff was excellent. The office staff was very friendly and Dr. Courtney was very knowledgable. He took the time to answer my questions and provide quality feedback. If I ever needed his services again, I'd go back to him and if I knew of someone looking for his specialty, I'd absolutely suggest Dr. Courtney.
