I took his CBT training course and it helped me get a better handle on my anxiety, both him and his wife are very friendly and welcoming people who helped me get out of my shell.
The I-CBT treatment was helpful for me, and helped me start improving my mental health. I worked with Nikki, and she is very knowledgeable and has helped me so much over the past couple of months that I have been in the program.
Dr. Thomas is THE BEST that you will find! She is patient. She is understanding. She is a wealth of knowledge and I appreciate her so very much! I initially went in her office and I felt like a lost cause. As time progressed, I left her office feeling confident and in control of my life, my thoughts and my way of responding! I am thankful everyday for all she has taught me and all the I-CBT has given me!
