This is being Posted on behalf of a client I met Tom in August, by referral from the estate attorney for my aunt who had just passed away. I was in the situation of taking over a prime piece of real estate in the middle of Georgtown, but having to deal with preparing and marketing the house while I lived and worked in Hawaii. Tom is the best realtor around. It doesn't matter what county you are selling in - Montgomery, Anne Arundel or Howard, etc He uses all tools at his disposal. He is honest and after his due dilligence he will tell you his recommendation for the selling price. You may not like it but, in my experience of selling 2 homes with him, he was right on.
